We understand that not all our customers have the same requirements concerning equipment. With this in mind, we provide flexible coverage in our bespoke care contracts, offering: longer contract agreements, fully inclusive contract cover of all consumables and reagents, and regular training days for customers who may have frequent staff turnover.
